Where Cougar Started: Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling in Fort Myers & Naples
Cutting is where Cougar Companies began. In the 1980s Cougar was the first concrete cutting and core drilling company in Southwest Florida, and many of the cutting outfits working in the region today were started by people who learned the trade here. Everything else Cougar builds grew out of it.
Today our cutting division runs its own trucks every day for general contractors, site contractors, municipalities, hospitals, airports, commercial owners and homeowners, from a single core in a day to cutting and breaking work that runs for weeks. And when the job is ours too, cutting is scheduled with our own utility, excavation and concrete crews instead of waiting on another sub.
