Wellen Park 6 & 7

Wellen Park Buildings 6 & 7 required a high level of coordination and craftsmanship to deliver two structurally complex buildings featuring both architectural concrete and masonry elements. Cougar Companies completed the project from the foundations through the structural shell, performing all major concrete and masonry components. Our scope included the construction of reinforced concrete foundations, structural CMU walls, elevated concrete slab pours, and several architecturally detailed features that distinguish these buildings. The project incorporated architectural rake beams and cast-in-place architectural concrete elements that demanded precise formwork, attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship to achieve the desired finished appearance while maintaining structural performance. The elevated slab systems and integrated architectural components required careful planning and sequencing to ensure each phase of construction was executed efficiently and accurately. From below-grade foundations to the final structural elements, our team delivered the quality and precision necessary to meet the project's demanding design requirements.
