Bayshore K-8 Expansion

The Bayshore K-8 Expansion showcases Cougar Companies' ability to deliver complex structural concrete and masonry construction for educational facilities. Our team performed the project from the ground up, beginning with the complete foundation system and progressing through the construction of the reinforced concrete tilt-wall structure and structural CMU components. A defining feature of this project was the custom architectural tilt-wall panels incorporating the school's logo, cast directly into the concrete to create a permanent, visually striking focal point for the new campus. This required precise planning, formwork, and craftsmanship to achieve the desired finish while maintaining structural integrity. From site foundations to the erection of tilt-wall panels and installation of structural masonry, Cougar Companies provided the expertise, quality control, and execution necessary to keep the project moving safely and efficiently. The result is a durable, modern educational facility built to serve the Bayshore community for generations. The expansion is part of the school's transition into a full K–8 campus, adding significant new classroom capacity and educational facilities.
